• Client Assets: All materials, data, and intellectual property provided by the client remain the sole property of the client.
• Custom Deliverables: Upon full payment for our services, intellectual property rights for the custom software developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
• Pre-existing Code: We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, libraries, or frameworks used in the development process. We grant the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these components as part of the delivered software.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to distribute malicious code, infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages our infrastructure or reputation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Software Safe Approved LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or absolute error-free nature of our website.
